Lego Mars Exploration Rover

Okay, this isn't really a traditional model kit. But it is:

• a spacecraft
• a kit with over 800 parts
• a scale model, of sorts

So it fits. And it was fun to build. In fact, my 11-year old son, Ben, did most of the work. It's a large model, about 18 inches across the solar panels. Click on the thumbnails below to see the full-sized image.
