Next I had to make a way to anchor these panels. I trimmed off the T shapes, and then glued on lengths of brass rod. These rods would go into aluminum sleeves mounted in the core spacecraft. Remember I want to be able to remove the arrays for travel. The rods have a razor-saw slit cut in them to slip over the tab at the end of each panel.
