Since my attempts at painting the solar cells did not work to my satisfaction, I made decals on my computer and ink jet printer. I had the drawings available from the Soviet Spacecraft SIM book, so I added some color, and arranged all of them (with some spares) on a single 8.5 x 11 inch sheet. They were printed and after 3 or 4 spray coats of Testors Decal Bonder were ready to cut out and apply. The results of one panel are seen in the center of the photo.
