We
had a great time at the 2014 National Convention in
Hampton, Virginia (Aug. 6-9). We had 29 entries in the
Real Space category, and a lot of other well done models.
That is the most since the 2009 show in Columbus, Ohio.
And that's where we are headed next year.

49 people made it a great turnout at the Space
Modelers seminar. This is the 18th year I have hosted a
seminar at the National Convention. site. The
presentation, including videos, can be found in the links

I was fortunate enough to win first place in
category 600 (Real Space) and subsequently the Best Space
and Science Fiction award for my scratchbuilt Curiosity
rover. There are more pictures of the model on my Flickr
site.
